Meet the Founder

I was born in spring, which is why my parents named me Noubahar, meaning “New Spring.” It’s a season of growth and change, and it felt like the perfect inspiration for this brand.

My family is originally from Pakistan, but I’ve lived in Canada since I was young. Wearing traditional clothing was one small way I stayed connected to my culture and heritage. Blending Pakistani fabrics with Western silhouettes is my way of sharing a part of my culture in a form that feels accessible to everyone.

My vision for New Spring Designs is simple: a brand where you don’t have to choose between sustainability, affordability, and great fashion that fits.

The Process

I import premium fabrics from Pakistan and design each garment myself. Every piece is made to order according to your measurements. Yes, it takes a little more time — but that’s the beauty of slow fashion: intentional, personalized, and worth the wait.

Each season, I’ll release limited-time collections featuring new fabrics and designs, giving you unique pieces that are as special as they are timeless.
